Donna & JD,

I wanted to take time out and write you guys a heartfelt thanks for all you have done for us.  We have never worked with such professional realtors before who literally make their customers their # 1 priority.  Thinking back on all the houses we have seen together and the time spent together through the selling of our house, and the building of our new one....well lets just say we have become like family. 

The absolute perfectionist in you, made the marketing paraphernalia you created for our home just magnificent.  The way you took time to walk our neighborhood hanging postcards, and all the mailings you did.  The awesome open houses you held, well lets just say we couldn't have been more impressed.  Like Tom says, " Donna is the first realtor I have ever seen to earn her commission!"  We have, and will continue to tell people about you, and send people your way. 

The clincher for me would have to be, when you went on vacation to Texas, and we still hadn't sold our house yet.  You guys have a very remote location, that can't get a cell phone signal, and even though someone was handling all your clients, you still gave me the number to the house where you would be...on VACATION! " Just in case."  Truly amazing.  That right there shows your commitment to your clients.

We so appreciate the business relationship we have established with you and JD, but most of all Donna....our friendship.  It has been such a pleasure working with you, you are honest, caring, and hard working, that is hard to find these days, but when you find it....boy you appreciate it!!
